Will Apexed improve my Google ranking?
Not by itself, and no software can promise a ranking. Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence, and that things like review count and review score help prominence. Apexed helps you do the parts you control: it asks every customer for a review, answers the callers who find you, and turns visits into booked jobs.
Does Apexed do SEO for my website?
No. Apexed is shop software, not a website builder or an SEO agency. It gives your website a booking page, lead forms and a chat widget to turn visitors into customers, and it tells you which sources your leads come from.
How does Apexed ask for reviews?
When a job is done you tap Request a review, or an automation sends it for you. The email or text has a Google button and, if you add Yelp, a Yelp button, and the job photos are attached so the customer can add one to their review. Up to two polite follow-ups go out if they have not reviewed, and customers you mark as already reviewed are skipped.
Is it safe to send review requests and follow-ups?
Apexed keeps follow-ups to a safe limit (two for reviews, spaced several days apart), sends texts only between 9 AM and 8 PM in your shop’s time zone, and never messages customers who opted out. Those limits protect your email reputation and your texting number.
Does Apexed post my photos to Google?
Not yet. Posting finished-job photos to your Google Business Profile when a ticket is completed is built and is coming soon. Until then you can still add photos to your profile by hand, and customers get your job photos in their review request.
What do I need for missed-call text-back?
A Telnyx number that your customers call. When a call on that number goes unanswered, the caller hears your greeting and gets a text with your booking link, and you get a notification.
