Hi, I'm John Le. I'm a creative entrepreneur who happens to own a tint and PPF shop, Phantom Tint. I built Apexed because the CRMs I tried kept falling short on the small, everyday things.
Why I made my own
The software on the market was missing easy, small features that make a big difference when you run a shop. I kept doing things by hand that a CRM should handle, so I made my own, with three goals: work more efficiently, have fewer headaches, and spend less time on admin.
Here is a simple example. At my shop, I used to send Google review reminders to customers one by one. With Apexed, the request goes out in one tap and automatic follow-ups chase the customer for me. That is one less job for me while I'm busy laying tint and PPF.
