Bring your customers and their vehicles
Export your customer list from your current system to a spreadsheet (CSV), then upload it in Apexed. It matches your columns for you, brings in vehicles too, flags duplicates before anything is added, and handles up to 5,000 customers at a time.

We set up your services and prices
Send us your price list and service menu and we enter them for you: services, packages, and pricing by vehicle size. You can also do it yourself, and edit anything later.

Switch your customers over
Put your new booking link on your website and Google profile, finish open jobs in your old tool, and start every new job in Apexed. When you are comfortable, cancel the old one.

Questions about switching
Do I have to cancel my current software first?
No. Start the free 30 days, set Apexed up while your current tool keeps running, and cancel the old one when you are ready.
Will I lose my customer data?
No. You are only copying your customer list into Apexed, and your old system stays exactly as it is until you cancel it. Keep its export for your records.
Can Apexed import my past jobs and invoices?
Not yet. Apexed imports your customers and their vehicles from a spreadsheet. Past tickets stay in your old system’s export, and everything from now on lives in Apexed.
What does it cost to switch?
Nothing extra. There is no setup fee. It is $129 a month, or $1,290 a year, after a free 30-day trial.
How long does switching take?
It depends on how many customers and services you have. The customer import takes minutes, and setting up your services is the part we do for you. You choose the day customers start using the new booking link.
I use Urable or TintWiz. Can I move from them?
Yes. Get a spreadsheet (CSV) of your customers from your current system, and Apexed imports it. If you cannot find the export, ask their support to send it. If the column names differ, Apexed lets you match them up.
